Mr. Kawaljit Singh Dhami has more than 30 years of experience in consulting, business planning and managing various engineering industries specially in gold mining operations as project head . He is a Mechanical Engineer by profession with MBA in Operations management and also holds Six sigma master black belt certification.

Mr Shankar Gouda is very reputed metallurgist with dynamic track record in extraction of precious element mining. He has obtained over 50 years of experience in the beneficiation of gold, silver, platinum, copper, lead, rare earth metals, scheelite, and other ores while working for Hutti Gold Mining Co. Limited. He is expert on providing his expertise for setting in-house testing facilities and laboratories for exploration and production control. He is an Knelson Concentrator expert on providing calibrations for improved recovery based on ore type and gold distribution. He have collaborated with the Dept of Biotechnology, IISC Bangalore for setting up a Bio-reactor and bio leaching at Hutti.

Mr Shanthkumar is a reputed Geologist and has served Hutti Gold Mines Co. Ltd., a large Mechanized deep metal underground mining for four decades. He has worked in various statutory posts from Mine Foreman to Agent of the mine.He worked as HOD & guided a team of 54 Mining Engineers/Officers with sincerity to the company. His area of expertise includes interpretation of Geological data, Mine planning for better grades, ore extractions, ore calculations etc. During his tenure, the company increased its production from 800 tpd to 1600 tpd with a total workforce of 4300 all in all. During his tenure, the mine was nominated twice for National Safety Awards from Hon’le President of India in 2017.
